Who we are
We are a group of leaseholders at Bridgewater Place in Leeds who have come together to form a formal Residents’ Association. Our aim is to represent the collective interests of leaseholders and to work constructively with the freeholder, managing agents, and other parties to ensure the building is managed to a high standard.

Why we exist
- Rising service charges - (increase of 567% since 2008)
- Concerns over the quality of building services (e.g. lifts, concierge, security)
- Lack of communication, transparency, and visible accountability
- No existing recognised residents’ voice
Our objectives
- Monitor service charges and push for value for money
- Liaise with managing agents, the freeholder and authorities where needed
- Share updates and important news
- Give leaseholders a stronger collective voice
